 All of these extended features are included at no additional cost. Most are optional, meaning that you can use what you need, and skip what you don't need.
 

REMINDERS 

Staying on top of preventive maintenance with dozens or hundreds of vehicles and other assets can be a challenge.
 
 FLEETMATE eases this task by reminding you when PM is due. You set your PM schedules, and FLEETMATE takes over, and provides you with reminders to help keep your fleet maintained properly.
 

REPORTS 

Over 150 fleet management reports detail fuel economy and vehicle usage stats, service  maintenance and repair costs, your total expenses, asset photographs, customer, inventory, and vendor lists and much more. And you can use the optional FLEETMATE Report Designer to build your own customized reports.
 

WORK ORDERS 

When you start FLEETMATE you'll be greeted with a Reminder window that lists everything that needs to be done for your entire fleet. Click a reminder to complete it and a new Work Order is automatically generated, enabling you to quickly issue the work order. Leave the work order pending and print it (or email it) to hand it off to your shop or service agency, or complete the work order in one quick, easy  step.
