FLEETMATE eases this task by reminding
you when PM is due. You set your PM
schedules, and FLEETMATE takes over, and
provides you with reminders to help keep
your fleet maintained properly. It does
this and much more, all at a price that
makes sense.
Wide Variety of Reports:
Over 150 fleet management reports detail fuel economy and
vehicle usage stats, maintenance/repair
costs, and your total expenses. You also
get reports that cover personnel,
inventory, vendors, customer lists, and
more.
Flexible,
Integrated Work Orders:
When you start FLEETMATE you'll be
greeted with a Reminder window that
lists everything that needs to be done
for your entire fleet. Click a reminder
to complete it and a new Work Order is automatically
generated, enabling you to
quickly issue the work order. Leave the
work order pending and print it (or
email it) to hand
it off to your shop or service agency,
or complete the work order in one quick
step.
Comprehensive Features - No Extra
Charge:
The FLEETMATE
product goes beyond
maintenance management to offer features
such as fuel logging, personnel records,
route/job logging, and inventory tracking
with barcode support. All of these extended features
are included at no additional cost. Most
are optional, meaning that you can use
what you need, and skip what you don't
