Title: Code #64 Occurs when Emailing a Work Order
or an Invoice
Overview:
When you attempt to email a report, a Work Order, or an Invoice, error code #64 occurs.
Cause:
FLEETMATE is attempting to cache the document for use as an email
attachment, but either the temporary folder is not available, or the path of the
attachment is invalid. If you have created a custom report using Report
Designer, be sure not to use any prohibited characters when you name your
report. This is because the name of your report will become part of the
output path when FLEETMATE caches the report as a PDF document.
Solution:
Verify that the C:\Users\Public\FLEETMATE\Temp
folder exists. In the case of a custom report, be certain that there are
no prohibited characters in the name of the custom report.
