Title: Fuel Log Records are Listed on Red in the
Main Window
Overview:
Some or all Fuel Log records appear in
red when listed on the Main Window in FLEETMATE.
Cause:
The Fuel Log records that appear in red contain Distance, Volume, and/or Cost
values that exceed Fuel Value Warning Limits. These records appear in red to
give you a visual clue that one or more of the values exceed preset limits.
This is normal, and does not indicate an error condition.
Solution:
Click the Extended Control tab under Options | Preferences...
and adjust the Fuel Value Warning Limits for Distance, Volume, and Cost
to better accommodate values that are typical at your company.
