Symptom:
When adding a parts record to
a work order, the above message appears.
Cause:
Your FLEETMATE database needs to be updated.
Solution:
Follow the steps below:

Close
FLEETMATE on all PCs except one.

Click File
| Database
| Utilities
| Repair...
-
Click Begin.
Once the
repair completes, this issue will no longer occur.
