Title:
FLEETMATE Starts but Error #75 is Reported


Symptom:
When you start  FLEETMATE, error code #75 is reported. The software continues to start and appears to run normally.
 
Cause:
User permissions set in your operating system are refusing access to certain files. This type of issue may create problems when you attempt to run reports.
 
Solutions:
On Windows XP modify the user account to grant Full Control to the C:\Program Files\FLEETMATE folder, and all folders beneath it.
 
On Windows Vista (or later), modify the user account to grant Full Control to the C:\Users\Public\FLEETMATE folder, and all folders beneath it.
 
If your database is located on a server, the user account must also grant Full Control to the folder that contains your database file.
