Unable to Access the Built-In Help Topics
when running on Vista or Windows 7
Symptom:
When running FLEETMATE on Windows®
Vista (or later), an error dialog appears whenever you attempt to access the internal help
topics using either the [F1] key, or by using the Help menu in FLEETMATE.
Solution:
Visit the Microsoft®
Website for a downloadable update for Windows Vista, 7, and 8. The last known link for this issue
